What you’ll need
• Good language skills in at least one of the following languages:
Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese or English•
Strong communication skills and a love of travelling•
An interest in other countries and cultures•
An open and positive
attitude• Flexibility, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure•
Organisational skills and the ability to pick things up quickly•
A basic knowledge of agriculture would be an advantage
