The "Austrian General Terms and Conditions of Travel (ARB)” in their currently valid version apply.
Payment terms:
- 20% upon booking
- 80% two weeks before departure

AGRIA Agrarreisebüro is a member of the Association of Package Tour Operators.
Important information regarding insolvency protection:
Do not pay more than 20 per cent of the tour price as a deposit; the balance must not be paid earlier than 20 days before the start of the trip.
Meals:
Unless otherwise stated, half-board includes dinner and breakfast, starting with dinner on the first day and ending with breakfast on the last day. If required, half-board can also be provided as lunch.
Admission fees:
Unless otherwise stated, admission fees for tourist attractions are not included in the programme. We organise study trips for groups of any size. Click on the ‘ENQUIRY’ box and complete the questionnaire. We will be happy to send you a proposal as a basis for discussion.
Film and photography rights: Participants agree that photographs and videos taken during the trip may be published on the tour operator’s website and used for internal promotional purposes.
